Working with the Potbelly Beach Association and Soquel Water District, RI Engineering provided design and construction support for a 3,000 foot water main to serve a small neighborhood near New Brighton State Beach.  The water main design included 100 feet of jack and bore pipeline under a Southern Pacific Railroad line, approximately 300 feet of directionally bored pipeline through a heavily forested area and approximately 240 feet of directionally bored pipeline from the top of a bluff above the Pot Belly Beach community to the base of the bluff on Potbelly Beach Road.  The project was completed in 2012.
